Alexandros is our managing partner. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Thessaloniki in 1990. He holds a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in Maritime Law of University of Southampton. He was admitted in the Athens Bar Association in 1993 and practices before Greek Courts of all levels. He is a member of the Association of Greek Commercial Lawyers

Alexandros’ main areas of practice are company and commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions, as well as representation of foreign companies in Greece and administration as a member of the Board of Directors in Greek S.A. companies – contract law, real estate, taxation, shipping law and intellectual property. He speaks fluently English and has knowledge of German.
